Purchase Options Policy

Some products offered by Dieselr may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This policy outlines how each purchase type works and how changes or cancellations are handled.

Subscriptions

Certain products may be offered on a subscription basis with recurring deliveries.

  • Delivery frequency and duration are selected at checkout.

  • Payment details are stored securely and charged per delivery unless paid in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected term.

  • You may cancel or modify an active subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Subscription management links are provided in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to secure products that are not yet in inventory or are scheduled for release.

  • Payment may be collected in full or partially at checkout, depending on the product.

  • In some cases, a payment method may be stored and charged when the product is ready to ship.

  • Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be canceled.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Availability timelines are estimates and may change based on production or supply conditions.

Try Before You Buy

Select products may be offered under a try-before-you-buy option.

  • Your payment method is authorized prior to fulfillment.

  • A defined evaluation period applies and will be communicated at purchase.

  • If the product is not returned within the evaluation period, the full amount will be charged automatically.

  • Returned items must meet return eligibility requirements.

All purchase options are subject to Dieselr’s standard terms, platform compatibility requirements, and product-specific conditions. Dieselr reserves the right to modify or discontinue purchase options at any time.
