The High Flow Intercooler w/ Cold Side IC Pipe Ford Powerstroke 6.7L system is designed to improve charge-air efficiency and airflow stability on 2017–2023 Super Duty platforms. This assembly replaces restrictive factory intercooler components with a higher-capacity core and a matched cold-side charge pipe to support controlled airflow under sustained load.

Built for the 6.7L Powerstroke platform, the system focuses on predictable intake air temperatures, improved charge flow, and reduced pressure drop through the intercooler path. System Design

High Capacity Intercooler Core
