What is the Max Air Flow Bundle for the LMM?

The Max Air Flow Bundle for the LMM is a package deal that includes almost everything that HSP Diesel makes for the LMM Duramax engine to increase power. Increasing the stock application and making the engine bay much cleaner is a massive point of the Max Air Flow Bundle for the LMM.

Tell us about the 2 Inch Replacement Passenger side Up-Pipe that comes in the Max Air Flow Bundle

The factory up-pipes that are on the Duramax are restrictive. We see this often, especially on the passenger side. HSP Diesel increased the flow on our up-pipes to bring the most power possible out of the exhaust side. We also make the up-pipes from a heavy wall 304 stainless steel tubing to prevent warping and give our parts the ability to stand the test of time.

Tell us about the Hot Side Intercooler Pipe that comes in the Max Air Flow Bundle

The Hot Side Intercooler Tube is a common failure point for the Duramax engine. The major failure point we see on the Hot Side Intercooler Pipe is at the lower factory intercooler boot. HSP Diesel changed this by making a straight connection into the intercooler removing the possibility of a failure. HSP Diesel also increased the size of the pipe to a 3 Inch mandrel-bent diameter and this increased the flow up to 40 Percent over stock.

Tell us about the Billet Thermostat Housing Kit that comes in the Max Air Flow Bundle

The biggest hindering factor of the factory cooling system is the coolant hose that crosses over the driver's side valve cover. The Billet Thermostat Housing Kit also looks much better than the factory parts. With hard parts that are coated to match and the housing matches those hard parts. You will not Only have a cooling system that works better but looks just as good.

Tell us about the Cold Air Intake that comes in the Max Air Flow Bundle

The Cold Air Intake inside this HSP Diesel Max Air Flow Bundle is a great addition to our goal to increase the flow inside the air system. The factory intake is not the best when it comes to performing to the maximum potential of the engine. As we add more power and demand more we need to bring in more air. On top of the need for more air, we need it to be cooler and cleaner. This is why the HSP Diesel Cold Air Intake pulls in more air because of our design and increase to a 4 1/2 Inch mandrel-bent intake tube. We also use high-quality filters on the Cold Air Intake System to provide you with cleaner air.

Tell us about the VGT Intake Mouthpiece in the Max Air Flow Bundle

The VGT Intake Mouthpiece when paired with the HSP Diesel Cold Air Intake is a killer combo. Making these by hand to make sure you have the best bends and the maximum flow possible. Our Intake Mouthpiece gives you the ability to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box, eliminating unwanted engine oil gumming up the turbo and intake system (PCV re-route sold separately see 003-1-HSP).

The Max Flow Bridge and Cold Side Pipe combo is a setup that is going to complete the Max Air Flow Bundle. With a two-piece design on the Max Flow Bridge, you are guaranteed that this Max Flow Bridge is going to install easier than most and hold up to the power. We pumped up the size of the Bridge and the Cold Side Tube to a 3 Inch. This means that you are able to shove the maximum amount of air through the system. These parts when paired with the Hot Side Pipe completes the system.
