The DIESELR MM3 Tune Files (2022–2024 Cummins 6.7L) are built specifically for owners running the MM3 tuning platform on 2022–2024 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins engine.

This package includes a Switch-On-The-Fly (SOTF) 5-tune pack only. Single files are available by special request.

Due to factory controller limitations on 2022–2024 models, this process requires:

• An MM3 device
• A 2019–2021 replacement ECM 
• A 22–24 recovery file specific to your VIN

No HP Tuners credits are required. This is not an HP Tuners product.

Required Hardware

To install DIESELR MM3 Tune Files on a 2022–2024 Cummins, you will need:

• MM3 tuning device
• 2019–2021 Cummins ECM (replacement unit)
• SD card access for file transfer

This platform operates using a controller swap process. The factory 2022–2024 ECM is not tuned directly.

How the 2022–2024 MM3 Process Works

The installation process involves:

1. Requesting a 22–24 recovery file using the correct VIN, model year, transmission type, and whether the truck is pickup or cab & chassis
2. Reading the immobilizer from the OEM ECM using service code 4666
3. Swapping in a 2019–2021 ECM
4. Loading the VIN-matched recovery file into the replacement ECM
5. Installing the DIESELR SOTF tune pack

Important: During the immobilizer read process, do not select “Get stock file” while connected to the 22–24 ECM

Recovery File Installation (MM3 SD Card)

The recovery file must be:

• Saved exactly as received (file name unchanged)
• Placed inside the “Data” folder on the MM3 SD card

• Loaded through the ECM tuning menu inside the MM3 device

The MM3 will prompt you to verify the VIN before writing. If the VIN displayed does not match the truck, do not proceed.

SOTF Tune Levels

The DIESELR SOTF Tune Pack includes five selectable power levels, allowing switching while driving when paired with the appropriate switch.

Typical structure:

• Level 1 – Light daily driving
• Level 2 – Light towing
• Level 3 – Street performance
• Level 4 – Aggressive use
• Level 5 – Maximum performance (supporting modifications required)

Final power output depends on truck configuration and hardware.
