Everything a 2022-2024 Ram 2500 through 5500 needs to run DIESELR calibration on the 6.7L Cummins, in one order. HP Tuners upgrades the factory CM2450B controller directly through VCM Editor, so the ECM stays in the truck and the work happens in your own shop. Files are written for your truck and the modifications you list at checkout.

What is included:

• HP Tuners MPVI4. The interface that reads, edits and writes the truck.
• 6 HP Tuners Universal Credits. The exact count the CM2450B upgrade consumes, included so nothing is missing on the day.
• HP Tuners Smart Access Cable. Required on 2018 and newer trucks to reach the network. Included here, not sold separately.
• DIESELR MPVi4 Tune Files (2022-2024 Cummins 6.7L). Single Tune, or SOTF with five selectable levels.
• DIESELR EGR Upgrade Kit (2010-2024 Cummins 6.7L). Standard or Signature, selected above.
• A DIESELR exhaust system. Six configurations, selected above.

Why this kit:

• No controller swap and no mail in unlock. The upgrade runs over OBDII in the truck.
• Credits, cable and interface are all in the box, so the job is not held up by a missing part.
• SOTF levels switch from the cruise control buttons where the truck supports it, so no extra switch hardware is needed.
• Datalogging, parameter and PID monitoring through VCM Suite.
• Airflow and calibration arrive matched, because the exhaust and EGR hardware are specified with the tune rather than added afterwards.

Transmission tuning

Transmission calibration is ordered separately, and each gearbox has its own file.

68RFE. Its file flashes through the same module as the engine, so done alongside the ECM tuning in this kit it uses no additional credits. You order the file, nothing more.

Aisin. Its transmission runs a separate module, so it takes its own file and 4 credits beyond the 6 the ECM upgrade uses.

IMPORTANT: Confirm which transmission your truck carries before ordering. Both gearboxes need their own transmission file. Only the Aisin needs 4 additional credits to flash.
