Edge Evolution CTS4 Tuner and Monitor

The Edge Evolution CTS4 tuner and monitor combines pre-loaded, vehicle-specific performance tuning with full digital gauges on a 5.5-inch touchscreen. The Diesel version covers Ford, GM and Dodge/Ram diesel trucks, with dedicated kits for L5P Duramax and late-model GM gas trucks that include the ECM unlock.

What CTS4 Changes Over CTS3

Pre-Loaded Performance Tuning

Diesel

• Up to 175 HP and 470 LB-FT on supported diesel applications
• Towing, Economy and Extreme levels: match the calibration to the work the truck is doing
• Vehicle-specific transmission tuning for shift timing, shift feel and power delivery
• Custom Tune VIN License included for calibrations that follow turbo or injector upgrades

2017-2023 L5P Duramax Kits

• In-vehicle ECM and TCM unlock included: no removing modules, no send-in
• Four levels on the 2020-2023 kit: Economy (+50 HP / +100 LB-FT), Towing (+75 HP / +160 LB-FT), Performance (+90 HP / +180 LB-FT), Extreme (+125 HP / +275 LB-FT)
• 10-speed Allison transmission tuning matched to each level
• Manual DPF regeneration, Allison relearn, adjustable idle-up from 600 to 1,800 RPM
• Remembers drive mode, exhaust brake, Tow/Haul and grade braking settings between key cycles
• Tire size correction from 26 to 38 inches, adjustable speed and rev limiters

GM Gas Kits

• 2019-2022 GM 1500 5.3L and 6.2L (non-refresh): 87 and 91 octane calibrations, AFM/DFM control, 8-speed and 10-speed transmission tuning
• 2020-2023 GM 2500/3500 6.6L gas: octane-specific performance and transmission tuning
• Both kits include the Edge Locksmith ECM unlock: no bench flashing

Monitoring and Diagnostics

• Real-time gauges for EGT, boost, transmission temperature, coolant temperature, DPF soot load, regen status and dozens of supported parameters
