Installation Requirement

This oil pan uses the longer 6.7L oil pan bolts due to the reinforced lip design. Standard 5.9L bolts are not sufficient for this configuration.

Design Features

Complete Drain Design

The drain nut includes four integrated drain passages allowing oil to evacuate completely during service intervals. This design reduces residual oil left in the pan.

Reinforced Mounting Lip

The thicker lip structure improves sealing consistency and provides a stable mounting surface compared to thinner stamped factory pans.

Girdle Clearance

A pressed rear indentation provides clearance for engines running main studs and Gorilla Girdle configurations, eliminating the need to modify the original oil pan.

Technical Notes

• Some 6.7L Cummins engines equipped with a factory windage tray instead of a girdle require Industrial Injection part number BICR132267OP.
• Depending on main stud block depth, bottom tapping the block may be required when running 12mm or 14mm Gorilla Girdles.
• This pan requires the longer 6.7L oil pan bolts due to the reinforced flange thickness.
