DIESELR calibration for the 2022-2024 Ram 2500 through 5500 with the 6.7L Cummins. HP Tuners now upgrades the factory CM2450B controller directly through VCM Editor, so the ECM stays in the truck and the work happens in your own shop. Files are written for your truck and the modifications you list at checkout.

IMPORTANT: The unlock needs two things this product does not include: the 2018+ Dodge Smart Access Cable and 6 HP Tuners Universal Credits per ECM. Both are sold separately and the credits are a one time cost for that controller.

What this replaces

Until now a 2022-2024 truck needed a controller swap or a mail in unlock before it could be tuned. The direct OBDII upgrade removes both. You keep the factory CM2450B, the truck keeps its own controller, and there is no downtime waiting on a shipped ECM.

Power levels

Single Tune delivers one calibration built for your setup. SOTF 5 Tunes delivers five levels you can move between from the cruise control buttons where the truck supports it, so no extra switch hardware is required.

Precision control

VCM Suite gives you datalogging, parameter and PID monitoring, and scanner access, so the calibration can be read and refined as the truck changes.

Transmission tuning

Transmission calibration is ordered separately, and each gearbox has its own file.

68RFE. Its file flashes through the same module as the engine, so done alongside the ECM tuning it uses no additional credits. You order the file, nothing more.

Aisin. Its transmission runs a separate module, so it takes its own file and 4 credits beyond the 6 the ECM upgrade uses.

IMPORTANT: Confirm which transmission your truck carries before ordering. Both gearboxes need their own transmission file. Only the Aisin needs 4 additional credits to flash.
